Shipping policy

All products ordered Monday to Friday before 3pm will be processed the same day and shipped with 24 hours. An email will be sent notifying you of dispatch. Products sourced in the UK typically arrive 2-5 days after order. Products sourced from outside the UK take typically 7-14 days.

All products ordered at the weekend will be processed no later than 3pm on Monday and dispatched according to weekday policy. Please allow extra time for delivery.

All international orders will be individually processed. A timely communication with the customer via email will be sent with an estimated delivery times.
